What does “up to 50 flats” mean?
Essential and Professional cover societies with up to 50 flats. If yours has more, request an Enterprise plan and we’ll price it for your size.
How does the 2-month free trial work?
Your society gets its plan free for the first 2 months. After that it continues at the monthly price shown, and everything you recorded during the trial stays in your account.
How long does the early-bird price last?
Early-bird prices are for societies that sign up during early access. After that, new societies pay the regular monthly price.
Can we move from Essential to Professional later?
Yes. Your ledgers and reports stay exactly as they are; the gate, staff duties, directory and custom roles simply switch on.
What is a custom role?
Beyond Admin, Committee and Resident, a custom role gives someone exactly the access they need, such as a security supervisor who manages visitors but can’t see the cashbook.
