These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of LeoTreasurer, a housing-society management platform operated by Leopreneur.
Please read these Terms carefully before using LeoTreasurer. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use LeoTreasurer.
LeoTreasurer is a software platform operated by Leopreneur, a sole proprietorship based in India. The platform is designed to help residential housing societies and their authorised representatives manage member information, maintenance billing, dues, payment records, receipts, cashbook records, reports, and related administrative activities.
By creating an account, completing authentication, accessing, or using LeoTreasurer, you agree to comply with these Terms and any applicable policies referenced by them. If you are using LeoTreasurer on behalf of a Society, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
LeoTreasurer is intended for housing-society administrators, treasurers, secretaries, presidents, flat owners, residents, and other authorised users. The service is not intended for children. You must provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and use the service only for lawful Society-related purposes.
A Society may create and administer its LeoTreasurer account and add authorised members or users. Access to information and features may depend on the role assigned by the Society. Society administrators are responsible for maintaining accurate member and Society information and for managing access according to their internal governance and authorisation.
You are responsible for keeping your authentication information secure and for notifying your Society administrator or Leopreneur if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

LeoTreasurer provides software for recording and presenting information entered by authorised Society users. The Society and its authorised representatives remain responsible for the accuracy, completeness, approval, and lawful use of information entered into the platform.
LeoTreasurer is not an auditor, accountant, legal adviser, tax adviser, or financial institution. Reports, balances, dues, receipts, and other outputs should be reviewed by the Society and its authorised representatives before being relied upon for accounting, audit, tax, legal, or other formal purposes.
At present, LeoTreasurer is primarily a record-keeping and Society-management platform. Unless a specific payment feature is expressly made available by Leopreneur, LeoTreasurer does not itself process online payments, hold customer funds, or provide banking services.
Payment information entered into LeoTreasurer is maintained as part of the Society's records. Users should not enter payment passwords, UPI PINs, card PINs, or other confidential payment authentication credentials into the service.
LeoTreasurer may use third-party providers to support authentication, messaging, email delivery, hosting, analytics, and other service functions. Use of these services may be subject to the applicable third party's own terms and policies.
Notifications may be delivered through channels such as email, SMS, or WhatsApp depending on the features and configuration available to the Society.
Your use of LeoTreasurer is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information.
Read Privacy Policy arrow_forwardWe aim to keep LeoTreasurer available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability. The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, technical problems, third-party service failures, network issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of LeoTreasurer from time to time. Features, limits, plans, availability, and supported platforms may change as the product evolves. Where reasonably appropriate, material changes will be communicated through the service or other suitable channels.
LeoTreasurer may be offered free of charge during an Early Access or introductory period. Unless expressly stated otherwise, free access during such a period does not create a permanent commitment to provide the service for free.
If paid plans or additional charges are introduced, applicable pricing and commercial terms will be communicated before the relevant paid service is activated.
LeoTreasurer, including its software, interface, branding, logos, designs, documentation, and other original content provided by Leopreneur, is owned by or licensed to Leopreneur and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from LeoTreasurer or its proprietary content without prior written permission.
You or your Society retain your rights in information and documents that you lawfully provide to LeoTreasurer. You grant Leopreneur the limited rights necessary to host, process, display, transmit, back up, and otherwise handle such content solely to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service and to meet applicable legal obligations.
We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, Society data, or our systems; to address suspected misuse, fraud, security incidents, or violations of these Terms; or where required by law.
A Society may also discontinue its use of LeoTreasurer according to the applicable plan or commercial arrangement.
LeoTreasurer is provided as a technology service to support Society administration. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that every calculation, report, notification, balance, or other output will always be free from errors or omissions.
Society administrators remain responsible for verifying important records, approving transactions, maintaining appropriate backups where necessary, and complying with their own legal, accounting, tax, audit, and governance obligations.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Leopreneur will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses arising from or related to your use of LeoTreasurer, including losses resulting from temporary service interruption, inaccurate information entered by users, unauthorised actions by Society users, or reliance on reports without appropriate verification.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your unauthorised or unlawful use of LeoTreasurer, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in India. Any dispute arising in connection with LeoTreasurer will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having appropriate jurisdiction over Leopreneur's place of business, subject to any mandatory rights available under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on this website and may also be communicated through LeoTreasurer or other appropriate channels. Your continued use of the service after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
