1. Who We Are

LeoTreasurer ("LeoTreasurer", "we", "us", or "our") is operated by Leopreneur, a sole proprietorship based in India.

2. Who Uses LeoTreasurer

LeoTreasurer may be used by Society administrators and treasurers, secretaries and presidents, flat owners, residents, and other users authorised by the relevant Society.

A Society's authorised administrator generally creates or adds members to the Society's LeoTreasurer account.

• From your Society: when an authorised Society representative adds or updates member, flat, billing, payment, or related information.
• Automatically: certain technical and usage information may be collected when you access or use LeoTreasurer.

1. Provide and operate LeoTreasurer.
2. Authenticate users and maintain account security.
3. Manage Society members and authorised users.
4. Maintain billing, maintenance, payment, cashbook, and financial-year records.
5. Generate bills, receipts, reports, statements, and other Society records.
6. Send relevant OTPs, bills, receipts, reminders, and Society communications.
7. Provide customer support.
8. Maintain service security and prevent misuse or unauthorised access.
9. Diagnose technical problems and improve the service.
10. Understand service usage through analytics.
11. Comply with applicable legal, regulatory, accounting, or other lawful requirements.

We do not sell personal information and do not use Society member information for targeted advertising.

6. Society-Provided Information

LeoTreasurer is a multi-tenant platform in which individual Societies manage their own Society information. A Society's authorised administrators may add or update information about members, residents, flats, bills, payments, and related records.

For information provided by a Society, the Society generally determines what information is required for its own administration and accounting purposes. Leopreneur processes such information as necessary to provide and maintain LeoTreasurer.

7. Access Within Your Society

Information stored in LeoTreasurer may be accessible to authorised users of your Society according to their assigned role and permissions. Society administrators may need access to member, billing, payment, receipt, or financial records to perform their responsibilities.

Residents and members are generally provided access according to the permissions configured for their Society and account.

8. Leopreneur's Administrative Access

Leopreneur operates and maintains the LeoTreasurer platform. Our administrative systems may contain basic Society account information required for service administration, including account status, plan information, enabled features, and configuration settings.

Leopreneur's Super Admin functionality is designed for service and account administration and does not ordinarily provide direct access to individual Society financial or member records.

Where access to information is technically or operationally necessary for security, troubleshooting, support, legal compliance, or service maintenance, such access will be handled only as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.

We use service providers to operate particular parts of LeoTreasurer. Current categories include:

LeoTreasurer may send OTPs, bills, payment receipts, maintenance or dues reminders, Society notifications, and other service-related communications through email, SMS, or WhatsApp, depending on the available features and Society configuration.

Third-party communication services may also be subject to their own privacy policies and terms.

11. Analytics

We may use Google Analytics to understand how users interact with LeoTreasurer, identify usage trends, improve functionality, and diagnose issues. Analytics information may include service usage patterns, device or browser information, and other technical information made available by the analytics service.

We do not use Google Analytics for the purpose of selling Society member information.

We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to:

• Service providers that help us operate LeoTreasurer.
• Professional advisers where reasonably necessary.
• Government authorities, regulators, courts, or law-enforcement bodies where required or permitted by law.
• Other parties where necessary to protect users, the Society, Leopreneur, or the service.

We do not sell personal information.

13. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, loss, misuse, or destruction.

Security measures may include access controls, authentication mechanisms, secure communications, restricted administrative access, monitoring, and other safeguards appropriate to the service. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

14. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide LeoTreasurer, operate Society accounts, maintain financial and administrative records, comply with applicable obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect service security.

Society financial and accounting information is maintained on a financial-year basis as part of the Society's records.

When information is no longer reasonably required, we may delete, anonymise, or otherwise dispose of it, subject to applicable legal, accounting, contractual, security, and operational requirements.

15. Account Changes and Deletion

If you move out of a Society, change your contact information, or no longer require access, your Society administrator may update or deactivate your membership or account.

You may contact your Society or Leopreneur to request correction or deletion of applicable personal information. Deletion of an active account does not necessarily result in deletion of historical Society financial records.

16. Your Privacy Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including:

• Requesting access to personal information held about you.
• Requesting correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Requesting deletion where applicable.
• Withdrawing consent where processing is based on consent.
• Raising a grievance regarding the processing of your personal information.
• Exercising other rights available under applicable data-protection law.

Because some information is maintained by your Society, we may refer requests concerning Society-managed information to the relevant Society administrator where appropriate.

17. Children's Privacy

LeoTreasurer is designed for housing-society administration and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children through LeoTreasurer.

18. International Processing

LeoTreasurer and its service providers may use infrastructure or services that process information in locations outside India. Where personal information is transferred or processed outside India, we will do so subject to applicable law and requirements applicable to such transfers.

We maintain reasonable safeguards designed to prevent and detect unauthorised access to personal information. If we become aware of a personal data breach affecting information processed through LeoTreasurer, we will take appropriate steps to investigate, contain, mitigate, and address the incident and provide notifications to affected parties or authorities where required by applicable law.

20. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in LeoTreasurer, our services, applicable law, or our data practices. Material changes may be communicated through LeoTreasurer, our website, email, or other reasonable means.
